EMnIM relates data from the experimental techniques Electron Microscopy (EM) with Collision Cross-Section (CCS) measured via Ion Mobility Mass Spectrometry (IM-MS). EMnIM aims are to:
1. provide a means to define an appropriate EM threshold value, leading to a density map representation more representative of actual data
2. allow the validation of IM-MS data against EM maps
3. allow the estimation of CCS from density maps.
